 Is it possible to force a specific sponsor site to show on all search results ? Can the sponsor or admin use wildcards when entering the keywords that trigger a certain sponsor site ?
Solution You can set "*" as keywords for that particular purpose. This is the only available wildcard and it would match every search query.
